Unfortunately, The Lady Morgan Store cannot be liable for packages lost internationally: I am unable to replace items lost in the post for these orders.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If I made a mistake with your order or your item was defective please contact me at tkislanov@gmail.com

Customers have the choice to accept a refund or a product replacement.

When are my items shipped?

Orders are shipped within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation of your order shipment with tracking once fulfilled. You can also check your account in the order section for tracking.

I live in a galaxy far far away. Do you ship there? How much does it cost?

I ship nearly everywhere. For your convenience, there's a shipping calculator located at the bottom of the shopping cart page. After you've added items to your cart it will tell you how much it will cost for me to ship them to you. Shipping rates are calculated by USPS. Please be aware that certain countries charge import fees that are out of my control and not covered by my shipping charges.

You shipped my item but the tracking isn't working properly, or giving false information or my parcel is late, etc. What do I do?

Items that have been shipped with tracking become the responsibility of the postal system, be USPS or your country's mail service. If your tracking number is giving you confusing data, please contact your local post office or the customer support for your postal entity first. They will have a much better idea of how to solve your issues than me. If they point you in my direction, by all means get in touch and we will figure out.

Do you charge taxes on your products?

If you live overseas you may be asked to pay sales tax by your country's customs officials when your order arrives.

I live overseas, will I get charged extra fees when my order is delivered?

Well, maybe! Every country's policy on import taxes, customs or duties is different. Get informed of your country's policies on importing stuff from abroad so that you aren't caught off guard if/when you are required to pay a fee. I have no control over these fees, they're purely at the discretion of your country's customs office. US customers won't get charged customs as I send my parcels from Brooklyn, NY.

I ordered from you like days ago and it hasn't shipped yet. What do I do?

I can't wait anymore! Where is my order?

Please check your tracking information for the "estimated" arrival date. I'm responsible for shipping the item and delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If there are issues with the delivery of your item please follow up with the carrier first before contacting me at tkislanov@gmail.com
